The 12th Congress of Mediterranean Federation for Health and Production of Ruminants

INVITATION

Dear Colleagues,

It is a great honour and pleasure for me to welcome you to the XII Congress of Fe.Me.S.P.Rum. which will take place from September 16- 19, 2004 in Istanbul. Up till now the congress has been organized in Sardinia (1991), Salamanca (1992), Teramo (1993), Murcia (1996), Bologna (1997), Postojna (1998), Santarem (1999); Giardini Naxos (2000), Leon (2001), Tunis (2002) and Olbia (2003). I think it will be found more interesting to organize this congress in Turkey, especially in Istanbul the meeting point of the Asia and Europe continents.

During the congress, all congress participants from several countries will present and discuss about the considerable diseases of ruminants, surgical practice, the developments in gyneacology and artificial insemination, zoonotic infections, medicine administration and also the problems in meat and milk products.

You will find a chance to see the historical tracks of the three big culture of Rome, Byzantium and Ottoman Empires in the congress in which the Turkish hospitality and the delicious foods will be presented together with the scientific programme.

We hope to share the days of culture and science with you with a perfectly experienced team in Istanbul.
