APIC 2019 | Advanced Peripheral Interventions Course

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the first edition of ''Advanced Peripheral Interventions Course (APIC 2019) ''that will take place in Kayseri-Turkey on 21st-23rd of February 2019.

The aim of this meeting to provide comprehensive endovascular approach for treatment of peripheral vascular disease. Basic, advanced and complex techniques will be highlighted by experienced international authors and operators. Meeting will include several live case transmissions, live-in-box sessions, learning sessions and case presentations including must see complications from different cath labs throughout the world.

Main topics of the meeting are;

Endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (EVAR)
Endovascular repair of thoracic aortic aneurysms (TEVAR)
Carotid, vertebral and subclavian artery interventions
Aorto-iliac interventions and treatment of Leriche Syndrome
Femoro-popliteal interventions
Below the knee interventions and critical limb ischemia

Learning objectives of the meeting are;

Basic and advanced techniques for EVAR / TEVAR procedures
Management of endoleaks and hostile aortic necks
Vascular access and closure for large bore catheters
Carotid artery stenting: step by step approach
Use of proximal and distal protection devices during carotid interventions
Crossing and revascularization techniques for complex peripheral total occlusions
Drug eluting technology in treatment of peripheral artery disease
Use of debulking technology during peripheral artery interventions
Tips and tricks from experienced operators
